Vegan Omega Capsules
About 3 months ago, I came across these health products which are made from whole vegetables, fruits, seeds and plants in general. Their benefits seemed astounding and so were their reviews. I was in after checking all the positive scientific research and back up of the products. One of my favorite is the Omega Blend capsules. The capsules contain a balanced mixture of carefully selected oils from vegetables sources. They provide the body with valuable omega 3,5,6,7 and 9 fatty acids. All these fatty acids are sourced from algae oil, pomegranate seed oil, tomato seed oil, raspberry seed oil, sea buckthorn berry oil, black currant seed oil and safflower oil.
The oils in these capsules are minimally processed. Most omega 3 fatty acids are derived from fish but the ones contained in these capsules are derived from algae making them vegan friendly. They are GMO free, gluten free without any artificial coloring, aroma and preservatives and apparently they are also kosher certified. The valuable oils are encapsulated in a vegan capsule derived from tapioca starch as shown below:
Before l started taking these capsules, my skin used to dry out a lot especially on my legs even after moisturising with good quality body lotions. I kept changing body lotions because I thought that maybe the ones I had already weren’t effective enough. About 3 weeks after taking this Omega Blend daily, I noticed how supple and moisturised my skin looked and felt even without moisturising with body lotions! These are fantastic to say the least.
